This is definitely a tantalising fusion (not a confusion); a delicious clash between western preparation with Asian condiments. This Asian Style Steak by Sukun restaurant at the newly-opened Alaya Resort Kuta, comes with mashed potatoes and mashed sukun (breadfruit) along with vegetables in herbs and coconut sauce. The unique flavour of the mashed sukun really complements the beautifully-cooked steak well. Enak sekali! …that is super yummy.
