Japanese sand artist, Toshihiko Hosaka, works against time and tides to present an artistic masterpiece, exhibited at Sundara beach club to coincide with the launch of their 2019 Sunburst event series. Four Seasons Resort at Jimbaran Bay recently invited Japanese sculptor, Toshihiko Hosaka, a master of the ephemeral art space, to create an art piece
