Ray Janson Radio’s Industry Night 2026 – Bali Edition

Hospitality professionals, chefs, bartenders and food enthusiasts are invited to Industry Night 2026, taking place at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in Kuta on 10 August, from 4pm to 10pm. Presented by Taste Narrative and Ray Janson Radio in collaboration with KUTAKITA, the event brings together networking, gastronomy and industry insights.

This Bali edition of Industry Night is part of the event’s Special Takeover Tour, and coincides with the special ‘KUTAKITA’ anniversary campaign of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel and Discovery Mall Bali, celebrating their 36th and 22nd anniversaries respectively. This collaborative event aims to connect chefs, bartenders, hospitality professionals, creators, brands, suppliers and the wider food community while celebrating the people driving Indonesia’s hospitality and creative industries.

The programme opens with a traditional Mebat ceremony, celebrating Bali’s communal culinary heritage, before Industry Talks explore trends and ideas shaping Indonesia’s hospitality sector. The evening will also feature a Kitchen and Bar Takeover. The evening brings prominent names from Indonesia’s food, beverage and hospitality community together to deliver an evening of fun, insights and delicious food and drinks.

Mebat (Traditional Balinese Ceremony) will feature: Chef Putu Armen, Chef Gunartha Tude, Chef Putu Dodik, and Chef Nanda
Industry Talks will feature: Chef Wiro, Dewa Wahyu, Anne Diana Putri and Ramadhani Prasetya
Kitchen Takeover will be done by: Chef Ray Janson, Chef Manu, and Chef Wayan Kresna
Bar Takeover featuring: Arey Barker, Borty Jessika, and Raka Ambarawan
