On Wednesday, 28 October 2026, SATOSHI proudly presents an exclusive nine-course culinary collaboration with Kindling, the award-winning fine-dining restaurant from Jakarta.

SATOSHI’s Brand Chef Igor Grishechkin and Kindling’s Chef Vallian Gunawan will work together to deliver a perfect blend of Italian tradition and Japanese precision, with Asian flavours through French culinary techniques. While Chef Igor Grishechkin brings his interpretation of Itameshi, Chef Vallian Gunawan will showcase his expertise, honed during his years working for distinguished establishments such as L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Saint Pierre, Odette in Singapore, and Seasons Restaurant in Hong Kong.

In less than two years since its opening, Kindling has earned recognition from inside and outside Indonesia, including the Gold Award for Indonesia’s 30 Best Restaurants 2025 at the Prestige Gourmet Awards, Tatler Indonesia’s Best 20 Restaurants 2025, and Tatler Asia’s Best 100 Restaurants Asia-Pacific 2025.

Divided into Starters and Dinner, this culinary experience offers a wholesome journey of flavours, textures, and craftsmanship from the first course to the final dessert. Available from 8 PM, the dinner is priced at IDR 1,800,000++ per person.
