W PRESENTS 2025 feat. TMPLE and The Bellwood, Tokyo Bar Takeover

Get ready for a night of global beats and cutting-edge cocktails as W Bali – Seminyak presents the highly anticipated return of W PRESENTS, the signature global live music series from W Hotels.

Set against the luxury resort’s iconic WET Deck, this 2025 edition takes place on Saturday, 30 August 2025, from 5 PM onwards. This one-night-only event promises an unforgettable evening of world-class performances and inventive mixology, making it the season’s most vibrant sunset stage.

Headlining the night is TMPLE, a rising electronic duo from London whose deep, melodic sets have captivated industry heavyweights such as Pete Tong and Jamie Jones. Known for their high-energy, immersive shows and releases under the acclaimed Crosstown Rebels label, TMPLE has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting names in global house music. Their Bali debut is set to become a milestone moment for the island’s music scene.

Adding even more flair to the night, The Bellwood, Tokyo – ranked No. 34 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 – will host an exclusive takeover. Making their first appearance in Indonesia, the award-winning bar will bring the essence of Shibuya nightlife to the shores of Seminyak with its playful and innovative Cocktail Kaiseki.

Guests can look forward to a curated journey of flavours: from the G&T for Hipsters, where gin meets wasabi, celery, and tropical lychee, to the Shiso Paradise, an herbaceous tequila-based blend with shiso, guava, and a zesty yukari finish. For adventurous palates, the Umericano layers umeshu, strawberry, sakura, and a subtle tabasco distillate, while the Tokyo Fashioned reimagines the classic whisky cocktail with a silky Japanese twist with milk-brewed coffee, banana, and miso.

At the helm of this mixology showcase is Atsushi Suzuki, The Bellwood’s founder and internationally celebrated bartender. Beginning his career at 18 in Tokyo’s Katsushika ward, Suzuki refined his craft at world-renowned bars including Angel’s Share in New York, London, Toronto, and Shanghai. In Shanghai, he was instrumental in opening Speak Low and Sober Company, earning him global recognition and the title of Bartender of the Year by DRiNK Magazine Asia, the first Japanese bartender to receive the honour. Returning to Japan in 2018, Suzuki co-founded The SG Club and later opened The Bellwood in 2020, now ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars (#89). Known for his smooth yet playfully inventive style, Suzuki will bring his award-winning creativity to Bali for this exclusive takeover.
