Fire & Wood Kitchen Takeover

On Thursday, 9 October 2025, prepare for an evening of exquisite dining and captivating cultural performances as Ulu Garden presents its special Kitchen Takeover as part of their weekly Fire and Wood programme.

Standing as a living tribute to Bali’s rich heritage, Ulu Garden is where rituals, music, and storytelling converge to honour tradition and celebrate creative expression. It is a culinary and cultural hub that combines authentic Indonesian dining experiences with cultural performances.

This upcoming event differs from their weekly Fire & Wood events, as the Kitchen Takeover will feature a special surprise, including a live cooking performance by Chef Jero Yudi from Dapur Bali Moela. Chef Jero Yudi will showcase his exceptional skills and present Indonesian seafood fusion dishes that combine local flavours with a contemporary spin. Guests will also get to indulge in premium arak cocktails, specially sourced from northern Bali to Uluwatu.

With limited space available, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an intimate evening that blends flavours, rituals, rhythm, and sanctuary. To enliven the evening, guests will be treated to special Balinese cultural performances and live band performances, promising a captivating night that transcends the regular evenings at Ulu Garden.
