The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection present Gastronomy Artistry, an exclusive four-hands dinner experience at Roso Restaurant. Taking place on Friday, 10 July 2026, from 6 PM to 9 PM, this brings together world-class Japanese craftsmanship and refined sake pairing in an intimate setting with elegant ambience. 

Headlining the evening is Michelin-starred Chef Masahiko Kawano from Chaleur Singapore, who will collaborate with Chef Marco Medaglia, Director of Culinary at The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection. Together, they will present a multi-course menu that celebrates precision, creativity, and harmony of flavours. 

Gastronomy Artistry

Enhancing the experience, each dish will be paired with premium selections curated by Haruka Uemura, an internationally recognised Sake Master. Her expertise will offer guests a deeper appreciation of the balance between cuisine and sake.
