As the winner of Iron Chef Thailand Pastry Edition, Jason Licker has been pushing boundaries in Asia’s pastry world to a whole new degree with his magnificent creations.

Jason’s deep passion for pastry, life and travel has allowed him to explore the globe for the ultimate culinary experience. Following the release of his 2016 dessert cookbook, Lickerland: Asian-Accented Dessert, Jason was rewarded with the greatest honour when he was nominated for the James Beard Award under the category of Cooking from A Professional Point of View, becoming the only self-published book in years to be nominated.
