Ahead of the highly anticipated Ubud Village Jazz Festival 2026, The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection will present Seaside Jazz Mantra, an exclusive evening celebrating music, gastronomy and mixology on 6 August 2026 at Roso Restaurant, Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection.

Set against the shores of Sanur, the event pairs an intimate jazz performance with a special six-course wine pairing dinner. Headlining the evening is the acclaimed Jadi Peperzak Quartet, joined by the soulful vocals of Kasyfi Kalyasena, presenting a blend of new age jazz and timeless classics in a relaxed beachfront setting.

The culinary experience brings together Michelin-starred Chef Park Sung-Bae, Executive Chef of The Meru Sanur Marco Medaglia, and leading Asian mixologist Inngook Cho. Each dish-cocktail pairing has been composed to create a satisfying journey through flavour, creativity and technique.

Priced at IDR 1,800,000++ per person, Seaside Jazz Mantra offers guests an elegant prelude to Bali’s annual jazz celebrations, where delicious cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and live music come together against the backdrop of Sanur’s coastline.
