The Michelin Master Series Presents Chef Charlie Tayler

On 28 & 29 August 2026, Regent Bali Canggu returns with its acclaimed signature dining programme – the Michelin Master Series at the Chef’s Table – featuring chefs from renowned Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe for a series of exclusive dining experiences.

Following the success of its previous editions, the new season kicks off with Chef Charlie Tayler of Michelin-starred Aulis London. From the precision of Kyoto’s kaiseki kitchens to the intimate twelve-seat counter of Aulis London, Chef Charlie Tayler brings his distinctive take on modern British cuisine to the Chef’s Table.

Rooted in seasonality, technical finesse and thoughtful storytelling, Chef Tayler’s cooking reflects a career shaped by some of London’s most demanding fine-dining kitchens, alongside a transformative immersion in Japanese culinary philosophy. For this edition of The Michelin Master Series, guests are invited to experience an intimate tasting journey where the character of British produce meets the precision and restraint of Japanese technique.

With each course, Chef Tayler offers a cuisine that feels both refined and personal, drawing on his experiences while allowing quality ingredients to take centre stage. The result is a thoughtful expression of modern British gastronomy, guided by craftsmanship, sustainability and innovation.

At the Chef’s Table, the experience goes beyond the plate, giving diners a closer look at the ideas, techniques and stories behind each creation, and the opportunity to connect directly with the chef shaping the menu. Held on Friday and Saturday, 28 & 29 August 2026, starting at 7.30pm, the dinner is priced at IDR 1,500,000++ per person.
