Sunday Brunch Series: W Bali – Seminyak x The Sayan House

On 25 October 2026, Starfish Bloo at W Bali – Seminyak welcomes The Sayan House from Ubud for a special edition of its signature Sunday Brunch. Bringing together Japanese precision and Latin American flair, the collaboration introduces the restaurant’s distinctive fusion cuisine to a beachfront dining experience in Seminyak.

Led by Kitchen Manager Chef Dipa Mahayana, The Sayan House combines the delicate flavours of Japanese cuisine with the bold character of South American cooking. For this special brunch, held from 12 PM to 3.30 PM, a dedicated buffet station will showcase a selection of the restaurant’s signature creations, offering guests a taste of its inventive approach to cross-cultural dining.

Highlights include Ceviche del Mar, featuring fresh fish with Salsa Veracruz, green Tabasco, ohba leaf, lime and shiso oil. Tokyo Curry pairs beef curry sauce and rice with egg, butter and chimichurri, while Los De Sashimi combines citrus-marinated prawns, salmon and tuna with fresh vegetables and wasabi dressing.

The selection continues with Guacamole Roll, bringing together avocado guacamole, corn tempura, barbecue sauce, sweet soy reduction and chilli mayonnaise, alongside Chicken Nanban served with nanban dashi, tartar sauce and salsa Mexicana. A creamy Basque-style burnt cheesecake rounds off the menu.
