AMICI Presents: An Exclusive Evening with Chef Enrico Bartolini

This October, AMICI by Enrico Bartolini in Seminyak will welcome its visionary founder, Chef Enrico Bartolini, for an intimate evening of Italian cuisine, fine wine and convivial dining. Held on Sunday, 4 October 2026, the one-night culinary collaboration brings Chef Enrico together with AMICI’s Chef Alessandro D’Amico for a special five-course dinner.

The evening begins with a canapé reception from 6pm to 7pm, before guests take their seats for dinner at 7.30pm. Served across AMICI’s elegant indoor dining room and open-air veranda, the menu will bring together the restaurant’s contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine with Chef Enrico’s distinctive style.

While the full menu will be revealed on the evening, one signature dish has already been unveiled: Risotto Enrico Bartolini, the chef’s celebrated beetroot “Acquerello” risotto, finished with butter, Gorgonzola and walnuts. The collaboration is designed not simply as a progression of courses, but as a meeting of culinary perspectives, with technique, tradition and personal expression at the heart of the experience.

Located in the heart of Seminyak, AMICI is the Bali expression of Chef Enrico’s culinary vision, pairing Italian traditions with contemporary elegance and warm hospitality. For this special occasion, the restaurant will feature an especially intimate atmosphere, with seating limited to 100 guests – 76 in the dining room and 24 on the veranda.

Guests can choose between the five-course dinner or the complete experience paired with wines, making for an evening centred on the pleasures of Italian cooking, thoughtful pairings and the simple ritual of gathering around a table.
