At the resort’s signature dining venue, AKAR Restaurant and Bar, guests can savour organic farm-to-table dishes rooted in locally sourced ingredients. Meaning “root” in English, AKAR offers a menu that reinvents Balinese flavours with global influences, where each dish tells a story. The restaurant is celebrated for its premium cuts, curated wine list, and the World Discovery menu, which showcases visually stunning, flavour-rich creations.
Spanning 415 sqm across two floors, AKAR accommodates up to 95 seated guests and houses two bars on separate levels, along with the main kitchen. Its chefs skilfully grill steaks using traditional charcoal techniques, ensuring bold flavours and perfect textures.
From Sunday to Thursday, AKAR offers an elevated yet relaxed dining experience. On Friday and Saturday, dinner begins with a traditional menu from 6.30 PM to 8 PM, followed by a high-energy evening from 9 PM onwards, featuring live DJs, captivating dancers, and an immersive laser show that keeps the energy alive into the night.
KABANA Jungle Pool Bar
For a more laid-back experience, the KABANA jungle pool bar features four levels of pools overlooking breathtaking jungle views. Designed for leisure seekers, the space blends culinary savoir-faire with serene natural surroundings.
