The Meru Eco Tourism Week – 4th Edition

Eco Tourism Bali, in collaboration with The Meru Sanur and the Wonderful Indonesia Sustainable Tourism Industry Forum, presents The Meru Eco Tourism Week 4th Edition, taking place on 30–31 May 2026 at the Bali Beach Convention Center, Sanur. 

Carrying the theme “Tourism as a Force for Good: Regenerating Bali Together,” the event highlights the idea that tourism can go beyond economic growth, as conversations around sustainability continue to grow globally. It aims to become a collaborative platform where ideas, innovation, and real actions come together.

The event will bring together government representatives, tourism industry leaders, communities, academics, sustainable businesses, and younger generations to encourage collective action for the future of Bali’s tourism sector. Eco Tourism Bali is also honoured to announce the attendance of Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia.

During the two-day event, attendees will experience a variety of programs, including discussions on sustainability and regenerative tourism practices, the Eco Business Pitch showcasing environmentally responsible innovations, the Eco Climate Badge Award recognising verified hotels and restaurants taking measurable sustainability actions in Bali, as well as exhibitions and networking sessions. 

Through this platform, Eco Tourism Bali and The Meru Sanur hope to show that sustainable and regenerative tourism is not just an ideal vision for the future, but something that is already happening and creating real impact across Bali today.
