Experience Syrco BASÈ at John Hardy Seminyak
An iconic culinary event unfolds at the John Hardy Boutique & Gallery in Seminyak as the venue teams up with Syrco BASÈ, an innovative dining destination spearheaded by Chef Syrco Bakker. This program invites guests from all around the island to indulge in a unique dining experience provided by two of Bali’s innovative brands.
Apart from the exquisite jewellery that John Hardy has on display, the boutique’s other main draw is its superb food and beverage offerings. Head Chef Tomy Saputra brings some of the most exotic traditional regional dishes to the fore, and The Long Table is where this is best experience.
Sharing the same commitment to quality, ethical standards, and artisanship as the boutique, Syrco BASÈ is the ideal partner to present dishes celebrating Bali’s artisans and Indonesia’s diverse food traditions. Chef Syrco Bakker, along with the Syrco BASÈ team, will demonstrate their core values of transparency, nature, and traceability in their culinary offerings for The Long Table who very recently launched a new menu.
Taking place on 27 and 28 July 2024 at 6PM, guests can look forward to impeccable dishes on The Long Table menu. Featuring line-caught and hand-caught seafood, succulent free-range local pork, and a sumptuous array of plant-based ingredients. To ensure an intimate atmosphere and optimize moments for storytelling, each night will be limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
