Epicurean Indonesia: A Two-Night Dining Collaboration at Bejana
Embark on a gastronomic voyage across Indonesia’s vast culinary landscape as The Ritz-Carlton, Bali excitedly announces Epicurean Indonesia, a special two-night culinary affair between esteemed Indonesian culinary ambassador Chef Petty Elliott and the resort’s Director of Culinary, Chef Raymond Siek.
Indulge in a weekend full of flavours during the exclusive two-night Epicurean Indonesia dinner, set to be held at the resort’s signature Indonesian restaurant, Bejana, over two consecutive evenings on Saturday, 23 August 2025 and Sunday, 24 August 2025. The exciting culinary event will highlight the rich diversity of Indonesian cuisine through the innovative lens of two of the region’s most illustrious chefs. Both nights will be serenaded by the enchanting sounds of rindik and Balinese dance, performed by the talented members of the local community.
On the first night, guests are invited to savour a vibrant Nusantara Buffet dinner, presenting a curated selection of Indonesian dishes. Guests can savour a lively and interactive dining experience amidst the warm and sophisticated setting of Bejana. The sumptuous buffet spread will showcase an array of signature dishes of the archipelago, from Sumatra to the Eastern edge of Indonesia. The Nusantara Buffet Dinner is priced at IDR 950,000++ per person.
During the second night, guests will be presented with a refined eight-course set dinner, meticulously crafted by Chef Petty Elliott and Chef Raymond Siek. This exclusive dinner will reflect the respected chefs’ passion for elevating Indonesian cuisine, presenting each dish as a seamless balance of tradition, artistry, and innovative flair. The Flavours Through the Archipelago dinner is priced at IDR 1,500,000++ per person.
Enlivening the evening’s excitement, Chef Petty Elliott will also host a special book signing and sales session for her latest culinary publication, The Indonesian Table, giving guests the chance to bring home a signed copy and an in-depth look into her culinary journey and inspirations.
The two-night culinary collaboration will be held from 6.30 PM to 10.30 PM.
