Hailing from Wonosobo in Central Java, Chef Theo has dedicated his life to food. He has a passion for Indonesian food but having lived overseas in China and Dubai, he has a huge appreciation for international flavours as well.

This is the latest news from this popular Seminyak venue, which held its first Wine Carnival in August. The event saw over 700 wine aficionados wining and dining in the specially decorated VIN+, with stilt walkers, jugglers, magicians and more helping to set that real carnival scene – this is set to be an annual event. Wine & Beyond, another VIN+ feature, is to provide a laid back event where strangers, families and friends gather together for a casual and enjoyable wine session.
