Inspired by the traditional Indonesian basket weave called ingka, Jenggala has created a new line of ceramic tableware to honour Balinese and Indonesian heritage. Ingka is a classic handicraft product carefully woven from spines of the palmyrah plant (lontar). Traditionally made into plates or trays, they were used for religious purposes or to serve food.
