The signature dining venue of The Legian Seminyak, The Restaurant, has launched “Rosé Lunch”, serving an affordable set menu for lunch paired with a fine rosé wine from the resort’s expansive wine list. Diners of the Rosé Lunch can choose from a three-course or two-course menu with the option to pair with rosé wine. Starters include Salmon Gravalax (with saffron and herb potatoes)or Caponata Poached Egg (with a balsamic dressing), followed by a fresh catch of the dayor Organic Chick Leg Fricassee as the main courses. Desserts include Pina Colada Cup (with coconut)or Mango Cup (with banana and passion fruit).
