Following the success of its signature Sunday Brunch, Starfish Bloo introduces a new addition to its dining option every Friday evening (6 – 10pm), a lively and interactive Seafood Market. The recently-launched market-style experience features a large selection of bustling live cooking stations from seafood barbecues, steamed buns, to Asian seafood favorites such as Laksa. The package will also include an a la carte table menu for small plate options to share such as tempura, sushi, carpaccio, and hot rock selections. The Seafood Market offers an interactive experience where diners can select their own fish and seafood from the display and choose the way they want it cooked, be it grilled or steamed. Range of selection varies from local fish to seafood such as slipper lobsters, prawns, oysters, clams, and crabs.
