Celebrated for its iconic Sunday brunch experience, Starfish Bloo’s refreshed menu has been curated to feel both refined and effortless. Rooted in Mediterranean traditions and layered with complex Asian influences, each dish is designed to balance richness and brightness, familiarity and surprise – promising a dining experience that is both elevated and refreshingly new.
The menu showcases the bounty of the ocean, meticulously prepared to strike a balance between indulgence and discovery. Highlights include succulent seafood platters featuring spicy tuna, ceviche limeño, seabream crudo, ponzu scallop, and prawn sashimi, alongside Lombok oysters, rock lobster, king prawns, and Hokkaido scallops, complemented by smoked butter and mignonette.
Meanwhile, dishes from the land are crafted to be shared or enjoyed individually. Standouts include slow-cooked braised beef cheek layered with ginger, paired with mantou and Asian slaw; butterflied prawns finished with Dover lime jus; and the satisfyingly bold dynamite salmon maki. For dessert, the exotic pavlova offers a light yet vibrant finale, featuring crisp meringue with mango-passion sorbet and fragrant kafir lime with coconut.
The new culinary concept has been shaped in collaboration with Executive Sous Chef Jules Winckler, whose approach is defined by global influences and Parisian precision, rooted in Mediterranean culinary traditions.
