This June, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali and Holiday Inn Express invites wellness enthusiasts and novices alike to celebrate Global Wellness Day with two exclusive events on Kuta’s pristine shoreline in collaboration with Celebrity Fitness, House of Om, and AUM Apparel.

GET FIT, GET FABULOUS – 8 June 2025

Morning activities commence at 6 AM until 7.30 AM, featuring revitalizing HYROX & DNA CORE MOTION classes on the beach. Following a day of leisure, afternoon sessions resume from 4 PM until 6 PM with uplifting Poundfit and BODYCOMBAT. The day concludes with a soothing sunset yoga practice.

This event offers a comprehensive package priced at IDR 100,000, which includes access to all sessions throughout the day, refreshing beverages, a 30% discount on spa treatments, and IDR 100,000 F&B credit.

HEALTHY BODY, PERFECT YOGI – 22 June 2025

Beginning with a welcoming ceremony at 4 PM, attendees at 4.30 PM will engage in mindfulness workshops that provide practical techniques for bringing greater awareness into everyday life. At 5 PM, the group transitions to a gentle sunset yoga practice. By 6 PM, participants move into a peaceful meditation practice. The wellness journey concludes with a community gathering at 6.30 PM.
