In celebration of Global Wellness Day, InterContinental Bali Resort, in collaboration with Bali Buddies and Indo Buddies, presents “Sunset Stretch & Sip”, a curated wellness experience taking place on Saturday, 14 June 2025 at the resort’s tranquil Alun-Alun Garden.

Starting at 4 PM, the Sunset Stretch & Sip wellness event presents a rejuvenating afternoon that seamlessly combines guided movement, holistic rituals, and sunset socialising. Headlining the programme is Nadya Rudianto from Jakarta, a renowned wellness influencer and one of Indonesia’s certified instructors in Pilates, Barre, and Inferno Hot Pilates. She will be leading a Mat Pilates session that promises to inspire both the body and mind.

Adding to the experience are mini wellness activations by Spa Uluwatu, InterContinental Bali Resort’s ocean-inspired oasis, celebrated for its holistic approach to wellbeing. As the golden hour sets in, participants are invited to the Sunset Sip Networking Session, a laid-back, open-air gathering designed to inspire meaningful connections in a peaceful tropical ambience.

The event is priced at IDR 250,000 nett per person, inclusive of a guided wellness session, spa mini experiences, refreshments, and networking opportunities.
