On Sunday, 22 February 2026, prepare for another exciting weekend affair as the vibrant W Bali – Seminyak returns with yet another one of their iconic Sunday Brunch collaborations at the beachfront Starfish Bloo Restaurant. This time, the luxury lifestyle resort will collaborate with acclaimed Italian hotspot, Amici.

Held from 12 PM to 3.30 PM, the exclusive brunch collaboration with Amici will deliver brunch-seekers with a refined daytime experience shaped by contemporary Italian dining. Designed for leisurely afternoons, the collaboration combines mindful cuisine, familiar flavours, and a setting that invites guests to linger a little longer.

The special offerings reflect Amici’s modern approach to Italy’s culinary traditions, guided by the vision of Enrico Bartolini, whose restaurants have earned 14 Michelin stars. Guests can expect dishes crafted with utmost precision and balance, translating classical preparations into a brunch format that feels both comforting and considered.

The experience begins with savour plates with highlights such as Focaccina al Tonno – Pizza bread with tuna tartare, lime zest, stracciatella, and gomasio; Spaghetti alla Vaccinara – Homemade spaghetti with wagyu tokusen oxtail ragout and pecorino romano DOP cheese sauce; and Parmigiana di Melanzane – Eggplant parmigiana with Grana Padano cheese sauce and basil cream.

This is followed by a decadent sweet finale with the Amici Tiramisu – Homemade ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and espresso coffee. The menu showcases complex flavours, elegant presentation, and a sense of ease that defines the collaboration – an understated yet unforgettable take on Sunday brunch.

The limited-edition Sunday Brunch is priced at IDR 950,000++ per person.
