During the festival, you can embark on a gastronomic journey with unique and lively flavors, and savor Chef Simon Leung’s specialities that include shrimp hakaw, chicken siomay, shrimp rolls, and more varieties (lunch and dinner, dim sum at IDR 288,000++ per person). Alternatively, you can spoil your taste buds with an authentic peking duck prepared by Chef Simon and his team (dinner only, half peking duck at IDR 220,000++, whole at IDR 400,000++).
