After its successful opening in September, Ibiza lifestyle experience, Café del Mar Bali, has now completed its latest culinary venture. Serving you flavours of the Mediterranean, the premium dining venue at Café del Mar Bali finally opens its doors to the public.

Café del Mar Bali

Set to please the curious palates of food connoisseurs around the island, Café del Mar Bali‘s newly opened restaurant continues its Mediterranean influences and traits through its culinary offerings and interior design.

Housed under the iconic archways of the venue, the spacious restaurant enjoys natural lighting through its floor-to-ceiling windows and can seat up to 100 guests indoors, with an additional 60 guests on its outdoor terrace. Beautifully designed to exude elegance, the interior is adorned with shades of white and blue; from the sleek white walls and marble tables to the blue ceiling and chairs.

The restaurant can also utilise Café del Mar Bali’s sunset booth area for private functions. Located adjacent to the restaurant, the sunset booth area can host up to 120 guests in both the seated and standing area. The open-air balcony is decorated with the iconic blue and white sails of Ibiza on its ceiling, providing cover during Bali’s sunniest days.

Spearheading the culinary team is English native, Chef Graeme Palmer, who’s worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in his native homeland.  Bringing with him years of knowledge and expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, Chef Graeme adds a unique touch on the menu with flavours from the Indonesian archipelago that will surely leave a true Cafe del Mar impression to its guests.

The restaurant boasts a casual ambience, combining a welcoming and laidback dining atmosphere with impeccable service. The culinary offerings celebrate new coastal Mediterranean and neo-Middle Eastern delicacies which highlight the vibrant and seasonally-inspired menu using high-quality ingredients. The menu has been tastefully curated with sharing in mind, therefore ordering several dishes to share is recommended.

The restaurant also offers a fantastic wine collection from around the world, carefully curated to keep value, quality and balance in mind, but broad enough to cater to everyone’s preferences.
