Following an extensive interior uplift of the three-storey beachfront restaurant, Hilton Bali Resort has just announced the official relaunch of The Shore Restaurant. The new interior design reflects natural elements and earthy tones from wood, greenery and terracotta that harmonise with contemporary furnishings. Located on the resort’s beach and poolside, accessible via Cliff Tower, this newly refurbished restaurant is committed to a new concept towards local, ethical and sustainable sourcing. The Shore culinary team repositions the restaurant by creating a uniquely social way of dining, inviting guests to taste, play, sense and embrace a range of elements, textures, colours and flavours. Committed to locally sourcing produce in an ethical and sustainable manner, the new menu is taking inspiration from the rich Indian Ocean seafood selection through the Mediterranean inspired and styled dining experience. The restaurant boasts an alfresco setting on the first level, semi-open lounge on the Mezzanine level and open-air rooftop on the third level. To set the mood, The Shore prepares live entertainment sessions on a regular basis, featuring DJs, acoustic performances and other unique acts.
