To connect with the island’s local community and offer innovative ways to relate the food & beverage experience to a younger generation of customers, Marriott International launches an upcoming food truck concept, “What The Truck”, in collaboration with the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Denpasar (ISI Denpasar) for its Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak property.
An all modified VW Combi Van will be located on the pedestrian pathway just outside the Seminyak’s property lobby and is expected to attract passers-by offering signature local fusion tacos, sandwiches, Kintamani espresso, and mojito slushy. The truck will also be selling one of the island’s well-known cold brew coffee – Bootstrap.
