The Ungasan Clifftop Resort, home to the popular summer spot of Sundays Beach Club, is proud to present the first of many dining events, The Dinner Series.

This first event on Sunday, 20 August 2017, will be hosted by acclaimed Australian Chef and owner of the two-hatted Biota Dining, James Viles (who also created the menu for Sundays Beach Club), cooking alongside Joel Bickford from The Gantry.

This uber talented (and fun) pair have curated an exceptional nine-course menu, unlike anything else in Bali. Each dish carefully considered and individually inspired by the ingredients of Bali’s rich landscape. Both James and Joel will present and personally serve throughout the evening – and with microphones in hand – describe the inspiration and ingredient sourcing behind each dish.
