Wellness centre COMO Shambhala Retreat at COMO Uma Canggu invites you to join their Yoga Brunch Series, where you will learn the core foundations of their philosophy through yoga sessions, wellness talks and a nutritious brunch.

Located within COMO Uma Canggu, COMO Shambhala Retreat is a wellness centre that provides an excellent range of treatments, health and fitness programs. Adding to their extensive list of programs, COMO Shambhala Retreat now offers the Yoga Brunch Series. The Yoga Brunch will be held every first Saturday of the month, with their resident yoga and naturopathic nutrition expert, Emma Gabriel.

Guests will learn and experience the core foundations of COMO Shambhala’s wellness philosophy during the Yoga Brunch. Starting at 9.30am until 10.30am, the program will begin with a revitalising 60-minute vinyasa yoga class.

Yoga Brunch Series 5

Following the yoga session, guests will participate in an interactive discussion on holistic wellness with Emma Gabriel from 10.30am until 11am. Closing off the Yoga Brunch, guests can delight in a healthy brunch at glow Juice Bar, where they will be served a medium bowl and fresh cold-pressed juice from 11am to 12pm. Explore the COMO Shambhala lifestyle and experience the phenomenal facilities and nourishing cuisines offered.

The wellness centre is also equipped with two Pilates and two yoga studios, both designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gym fully-equipped with Life Fitness equipments. A Suspend studio, the first in Bali, is also offered where the exercise is similar to TRX, only it uses different moves and straps. They also offer an selection of treatments, from Asian-inspired therapies including marma to massages, to traditional beauty treatments catered to you by their trained professionals.
