From 10 – 13 June 2021, Chef Chris Salans will bring the rich flavours from his restaurant, Spice by Chris Salans, to W Bali – Seminyak’s Starfish Bloo restaurant with an exclusive a la carte menu available for dinner.
W Bali – Seminyak always knows how to set up the mood, inviting guests to enjoy the iconic Bali sunset before the much-anticipated dinner with a selection of its signature Arak-based cocktails and signature imported spirit cocktails including Arak Tiki (Arak, Brem, Kalamansi Sorbet), Arak Lemon Tini (lemon-infused Arak, vodka, sweet vermouth, and a twist of lemon), Cempaka (Cempaka flower-infused Arak, tonic, green tea syrup), Espresso Martini, Belle Spritz and Jim & Jack.
Speaking of the dinner, look forward to the innovative and tantalising selection of appetisers from Spice including a selection of Croquettes with Sambal, Tuna Tataki with sambal matah and Tempe crackers, Spice Salad, Avocado, Mango & Tempe and Grilled Slipper Lobster, Tempe Curry Leaf Crumble.
Dishes on the menu range between IDR 80,000 – IDR 160,000, featuring mouth-watering mains such as Slipper Lobster Laksa, Egg Noodles, Sambal Oelek; Stick Pork Ribs, Cassia Bark and Ginger; Grilled Vegetables, Fresh Turmeric Dressing, Dukkah Spice; Young Jackfruit and Bell Pepper Stew with Fresh Kemangi; and many more. Cleanse your palate with equally indulgent desserts such as Spiced Pineapple Cake, Chocolate Cake and Deconstructed Banana Kolak.
Located on the resort’s beachfront, Starfish Bloo overlooks the iconic Seminyak Beach. The restaurant incorporates a series of ingredients that exudes the island’s identity merged with an international cooking technique.
