At the highest point of Desa Potato Head in Seminyak, Sunset Park offers a front-row seat to Bali’s spectacular sunsets. Designed by OMA in collaboration with Potato Head Design Studio, the open-air rooftop bar stretches across the terrace, framing uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean as the day gradually gives way to night.
Sunset Park brings together thoughtful cocktails, seasonal flavours and Potato Head’s signature approach to conscious hospitality. The drinks programme, inspired by the “Roots Revived” concept, celebrates Indonesia’s culinary heritage through indigenous spirits, local botanicals and locally distilled arak.
Cocktails put a creative spin on familiar flavours. The Tropical Island Martini combines homemade spice pineapple jam, vanilla vodka and pineapple arak, while Mango Spritz blends mango harum, jackfruit liqueur, Aperol, sparkling wine, and soda water. For a no- and low-alcohol option, Kaffir Mint brings together kaffir lime, sugar cane juice, mint, super juice and plant-based foam.
The drinks are complemented by a selection of bar snacks inspired by Indonesian street food, including local cassava and sweet potato chips, Tum Ayam and grilled Sate Udang served with papaya salad and spicy nuts.
Sunset Park also hosts a weekly Indonesian Wine Tasting programme, an intimate, sommelier-guided tasting of Bali-made wines, focused on terroir and tropical viticulture. Held every Friday from 5.30 to 7pm, the programme is priced at IDR 350,000 per person with a seven-guest capacity.
As the sun dips below the horizon, Sunset Park becomes a relaxed gathering place where good drinks, good food and good company come together – a fitting expression of Potato Head’s “Good Times, Do Good” philosophy.
