Gluttony has always been one of my weaknesses, and beautifully prepared dishes such as the Ayodya Resort’s “Tuscany Seafood Stew” is one of the reasons why.
Almost every region in Italy makes a hearty fish stew, and this is a Tuscan specialty. All the goodness that comes from the ocean (king prawn, mussel, squid, the catch of the day, and grilled bruschetta), combined with the rich, briny base for the stew, create a tasty dish that’s packed with fresh seafood flavours.
