Fish expert from The Netherlands, Bart van Olphen will visit Bali and collaborate with the Indonesian restaurateur, Mandif Warokka. Incidentally,  chef Mandif is currently aiming to earn a Michelin Star. Bart’s stay in Bali is to video for his fish-tales FoodTube channel. They will cook together and will show an Indonesian recipe, tips and tricks on how to make the perfect seafood dish using sustainable ingredients. The special event will take place on Monday, 20th July from 11am to 3pm at “Blanco par Mandif” at Blanco Renaissance Museum in Ubud.
