Savour in an Asian-inspired four-course set menu at the MoonLite Kitchen and Bar rooftop venue for the Easter Eve and Easter Dinner. The set dinner will start with an appetising pork and prawn spring roll, followed by sweet corn soup, before continuing on to a selection of honey sriracha salmon or petit fillet tenderloin for the main course, and a mouth-watering banana and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream for the dessert.
Also serving a four-course set menu for Easter Eve and Easter Dinner is Sunset on Seminyak Restaurant, presenting International flavours to the table. The set menu includes cured salmon beet and roasted pumpkin soup, a choice of braised lamb shoulder or braised pork belly for the main course and a carrot Oreo cheesecake to cleanse the palate.
