The culinary temptations continue into the new year when Chef Ryan McCaskey of Chicago’s Acadia restaurant presents a spectacular menu showcasing his French contemporary style of American classics on 30 January 2015. Born in Vietnam and raised in Chicago, Chef Ryan has honed his craft in some of the most highly regarded establishments – Goose Cove Lodge, Tizi Melloul, Rushmore and Courtright’s, to name a few. Fuelled by a lifelong dream to own his own restaurant, he opened Acadia in 2011, bringing a new freshness and refinement to Chicago’s dining scene, earning glowing reviews along with a prestigious Michelin star.
