Living up to its eclectic and eloquent fusion of traditional Indonesian architecture and contemporary Scandinavian style, Jungle Fish is hosting guest chefs Mads and chef Nicolai from Denmark, bringing their energetic and youthful Danish touch with sustainability approach to the restaurant’s new menu. The innovative menu focuses on local produce, with staples and ingredients such as Japanese rice, chilli, eggplant and asparagus. The new menu, launched just after Earth Day, showcases exciting east-meets-west creations such as RendangRaviole, Ikan Bali, Baked Eggplant with Leek Sabayon, Rib-eye Steak with Javanese Pepper Sauce, and even a Rijstaffel plate to share – all displaying the Danish dynamic duo’s culinary knowledge, skills and passion for gastronomy.
