Following its successful opening, The Holy Crab recently introduced several additions to its bar menu, including an array of distinctive margaritas. These signature drinks were developed from the all-time-favorite cocktail, margarita, using unique ingredients ranging from chili to red dragon fruit and even cheese!
“Dragon Fruit Margaria”
Everyone loves a margarita, but The Holy Crab Bali has taken it a step further by creating their own unique blends, many of which were inspired popular western and Indonesian desserts. The Apple Pie and Key Lime Pie margaritas are some examples of the more western flavours, fitting in well with the venue’s open Louisiana style interior. However, it’s the Indonesian Martabak margarita that takes centre stage; combining chocolate, cheese and nuts into the mix to create a drink form of this famous Indo-favourite. Quirky, fun and all delicious!
“Smore Margarita”
Along with these unique margaritas, The Holy Crab has also introduced a choice of flavorsome bar snacks. Still drawing inspiration from Louisiana style cooking, these light bites include : Shrimp Roll, Crab Roll, Lobster Roll and a classic Crab Cake. Guests can still opt to pair the rolls with the restaurant’s signatureCajun and Garlic Pepper sauces.
“Lobster Roll”
For sporting fans, The Holy Crab is now open for lunch every Friday to Sunday from 12 noon with live events screened on large TV’s installed around the bar. To complement this, guests can also enjoy frosted beer, the coldest beer in town. Similar to a slushie, this drink is created by freezing local and selected imported beer to a sub-zero temperature before serving it in an icy cold beer mug.
