The Butchers Club Steakhouse Bali was made famous by their legendary burgers, made with delicious dry-aged patties, to mouthwatering pork belly fillings and all the tempting things you try hard to resist (but can’t). However, The Butchers Club Bali is no longer just about burgers, they now serve an array of succulent steaks of Killara Black Angus from New South Wales cooked over fruit tree charcoal, to Kale Caesar Salads, Seafood Pasta, naughty Arranchini balls and more for the less carnivorous customer.
However, in a bid to stay true to their roots, The Butchers Club Bali have added a few new items to the menu for those feeling extra indulgent. New to the steak options are a 500g and 1kg T Bone Steak as well as a 400g bone in striploin; for a well-balanced bite an all new Rustic Steak Sandwich, with 125g medium rare Killara striploin on garlic toasted sourdough with rocket, dijonaise, tomato, caramelised onion and home made tomato relish; for the hungry (and maybe hungover) the Big Pan Fry Up will be your breakfast of choice, with chorizo sausages, eggs, homemade baked beans, sautéed mushrooms, maple-glazed bacon, spinach, grilled tomato and sourdough on the side. Last but not least, a cheeky bowl of Cheesy Chilli Fries, filled to the brim with French Fries topped with chilli con carne and melted cheese.
