Always looking to offer a fresh culinary experience on the island, The Trans Resort Bali has unveiled a brand new romantic dining destination in their property. Situated by their 18-metre manmade waterfall, decorated with fairy lights and accompanied by an acoustic music performance, this new dining experience aims to create a special moment for any couple.

Beyond the location, the experience features a special, curated menu. It showcases locally grown ingredients and an exotic blend of Indonesian and western flavours, such as the combination of Papuan tuna with sambal matah and coriander aioli dressing. The second course features a unique prawn soup from East Java, a rich and aromatic dish with nodes of red ginger flower with roasted cauliflower and coconut milk. For the main course, Executive Chef Allen Stevano uses Lampung Tokusen Wagyu marbling +6 served with truffle mashed potatoes, carrot puree, grilled asparagus and shimeji mushrooms.

To finish the evening on a sweet note, dessert features a blend of Sumatran and Lombok chocolate, caramelised banana served with a milk chocolate banana sponge cake, cashew nut brittle, peanut butter cream and dulce de leche ice cream.

“Dining by The Waterfall” is available every Thursday from 7.00pm with limited seating up of to 5 couples only, to maintain the intimate and romantic atmosphere. IDR500,000++ per person.
